Most recently we received a patent for the Early Warning Monitoring Notification in just less than one year. As co-inventors, we will assign all rights to clients.

All services are on a fee base. When the fees are paid in full for the services the patent and work, i.e. equipment, software and architect design and OS is turned over to the client.
All patent services performed by BTI and or John Francis Baxter Jr. will be marked INVENTOR on patent and assigned to client after paid in full.
All patent services not paid in full become the property of BTI and are subject to sale in the public market.
